Make a wallpaper at the exact size of your iPhone, Android, iPad, Mac or PC, ultrawide and dual monitors included. Free, and it runs in your browser.
Same screen: 17 Pro, iPhone 17, 16 Pro.
Darken a little to keep icons and the clock easy to read.
The right iPhone wallpaper size is your screen’s resolution in pixels. The current models are 1206×2622 (iPhone 18 Pro, 17 Pro and iPhone 17), 1320×2868 (the Pro Max models) and 1260×2736 (iPhone Air). A wallpaper at exactly that size fills the screen with nothing cropped or stretched. iOS lets you pinch to zoom when you set it, so a little extra room at the edges never hurts; use the Zoom slider here to leave some.

Checked on 5 November 2026 against Apple: compare iPhone models, Apple: compare iPad models, Apple: compare Mac models, GSMArena: Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, GSMArena: Google Pixel 10 Pro. PC, ultrawide and dual monitor sizes are the standard display resolutions.
Pick iPhone, Android, iPad, Mac, PC, ultrawide or dual monitor, then your exact model. The preview switches to that screen's shape.
Use a free background, a gradient, or your own photo. Drag the preview to frame it, zoom in, and add blur or darken to keep icons readable.
Download a PNG or JPG at the screen's native resolution. For two monitors, get one file per screen or one wide image.
Two screens can show one picture in two ways. Two files cuts the wallpaper down the middle and gives each screen its own image, which is how macOS works (you set a wallpaper per display) and the cleanest option on most setups. One wide image keeps it whole, for the Span fit in Windows personalization settings. Either way the picture lines up across the gap. Ultrawide monitors need no splitting: pick 21:9 or 32:9 and download.
Leave room for the clock. On a phone, the top third holds the time and widgets. Turn on the lock screen preview and drag the image until the part you love sits below them.
Calm behind icons. Home screen icons sit on the whole screen, so soft, low-contrast images read best. Darken by 10 to 20% or add a little blur to make busy photos work.
Sharp on big screens. For 4K, 5K or a dual 4K setup, gradients render at full size with no softening. Make your own in the gradient background generator, or start from the free gradient wallpapers.
For video calls, the Teams background maker adds your name and logo at the size Teams and Zoom expect. To browse finished art first, see the aesthetic wallpapers and the free background pack.

FAQs
Use your iPhone's screen resolution. iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 and iPhone 16 Pro are 1206×2622 pixels. iPhone 18 Pro Max, 17 Pro Max and 16 Pro Max are 1320×2868. iPhone Air is 1260×2736, and iPhone 17e and 16e are 1170×2532. Pick your model in the maker and it exports that exact size.
Not on any recent iPhone. Models from the iPhone X onward have a tall screen of roughly 19.5:9, such as 1206×2622 on the iPhone 17 Pro. Only the iPhone SE, 8 and 7 are 16:9, at 750×1334. A 16:9 photo gets cropped on a modern iPhone, which is why making the wallpaper at your model's exact size matters.
Make the wallpaper at your iPhone's exact pixel size, so iOS has nothing to crop. In the maker, choose iPhone and your model, upload your photo, drag it to frame the part you want and download. Turn on the lock screen preview to keep faces and details below the clock. Leave the Zoom slider at 1× if you want the whole photo visible.
Yes. Every device size, the free backgrounds, the gradients and your own photos are free to use, with no watermark and no signup. Backgrounds Supply Pro is optional: it adds every background in the library as a base, the full-size originals and a zip with every size for your device type.
Choose your device and model, open the Upload tab and pick your photo. Drag the preview to frame it, use Zoom to crop in, and add Blur or Darken so icons stay readable. Then download a PNG or JPG at your screen's native resolution. The photo is processed in your browser and never uploaded, and the downloaded file has no metadata.
Choose Dual, pick your screens (two 1080p, two 1440p or two 4K), and choose Two files or One wide image. Two files gives one image per screen in a zip, which suits macOS and any setup that sets a wallpaper per display. One wide image suits the Span option in Windows. Either way the picture lines up across both screens.
Add the widths of your two screens. Two 1080p monitors need 3840×1080, two 1440p monitors need 5120×1440, and two 4K monitors need 7680×2160. All three are presets in the maker. If your screens are different sizes, make a wallpaper for each one separately using the PC presets.
On Windows 11, open Settings, Personalization, Background, then right-click an image under Recent images and choose the monitor to set it for. To stretch one image across both, pick Span under Choose a fit. On a Mac, open System Settings, Wallpaper, and set a picture for each display. The Two files option here gives you a left and a right image that line up.
Most 34-inch ultrawide monitors are 3440×1440 (21:9), smaller ones are 2560×1080, and 49-inch super ultrawides are 5120×1440 (32:9). The maker has all three. An ultrawide is one screen, so it needs no splitting: pick the size, frame your background across the wide preview and download a single PNG or JPG.
Yes. Pick 4K UHD (3840×2160), Two 4K screens (7680×2160) or iMac 24-inch (4480×2520). Gradients render fresh at any size and stay perfectly sharp. Free library backgrounds start from a rendition up to 2,400 pixels wide, so the maker scales them up for 4K and tells you by how much. Pro members can download the full-size originals from the app.
Use the display's native resolution. MacBook Air 13-inch is 2560×1664, MacBook Air 15-inch is 2880×1864, MacBook Pro 14-inch is 3024×1964 and MacBook Pro 16-inch is 3456×2234. Pick Mac and your model in the maker and it exports that exact size, so nothing is stretched or cropped by macOS.
Most Android phones use a 1080×2400 (20:9) screen, and the maker's Android FHD+ preset covers them. Larger flagships go higher: the Galaxy S26 Ultra is 1440×3120 and the Pixel 10 Pro is 1280×2856. If your phone is not listed, the FHD+ preset is the safe choice for most models.
Save the downloaded file to Photos, then open Settings, tap Wallpaper and Add New Wallpaper, and choose the image from Photos. You can also open it in Photos, tap Share and pick Use as Wallpaper. On Windows, right-click the file and choose Set as desktop background. On a Mac, use System Settings, then Wallpaper.
Yes, with Backgrounds Supply Pro. The zip button exports your wallpaper at every size for the device type you picked, for example all twelve iPhone sizes in one download. Free users download one size at a time, which is usually all you need for your own screen. Pro also opens every library background as a base.
Yes. Gradients made here and the free library backgrounds are free for personal and commercial use, with no attribution required, and your own photos are yours. Reselling or redistributing the background files as-is is not allowed. Backgrounds Supply Pro opens every background in the library as a base, plus the full-size originals and every future drop.
